Use this page to submit a request to delete your Droplet account and associated data.
To begin, please enter the email address connected to the Droplet account you would like us to delete. When you select Request Delete, you will be redirected to Gmail with a pre-filled message addressed to our support team.
After your request email has been sent, our team will review it and begin the verification process. Please expect a confirmation email to be sent to the address you provided within 72 hours.
If we need any additional information to verify account ownership before completing the deletion, we will contact you using that same email address.
