Terms of Service for Droplet

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Droplet mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer, Hexzile.

2. Description of Service

Droplet is a photography utility tool designed for Android devices. Its primary functions include:

  • Adding image or text-based watermarks to photos.
  • Applying privacy edits such as Gaussian blur, pixel blur, and monochrome effects.
  • Batch processing multiple images.
  • Saving and loading custom watermark profiles.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

Ownership: You retain all rights to the photos you upload, edit, and process using Droplet. Droplet does not claim ownership of your content.

Lawful Use: You agree not to use Droplet to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., removing existing watermarks from images you do not own) or for any unlawful, harassing, or harmful purposes.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the images you share, export, or post online after using the App.

4. No Guarantee of Protection

While Droplet provides tools to help you brand and protect your images (such as watermarking and blurring), the developer does not guarantee that these measures will prevent third parties from stealing, scraping, or misusing your images once they are shared online.

5. Intellectual Property of the App

The "Droplet" name, logo, UI design, code, and original graphics are the intellectual property of Hexzile. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

6. Third-Party Services and Ads

AdMob: Droplet displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that these ads are served by a third party and that clicking on them will subject you to the third party's terms and privacy policies.

External Links: The App contains links to external web pages (About, Terms, Privacy). We are not responsible for the content or availability of these external sites.

7. Monetization and Subscriptions

Currently, Droplet is supported by advertisements. We reserve the right to introduce premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases in the future. Any changes to the billing structure will be clearly communicated within the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that the processing will be perfect, or that the App will meet all of your specific requirements.

9. Closed Testing Disclaimer

Droplet may be in a "closed testing phase":

  • Features may be incomplete, unstable, or change without notice
  • Bugs or errors may occur
  • Feedback may be collected to improve the app

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexzile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss or device malfunction.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App's reputation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
